At The Wire Whisk Culinary Creations, we proudly offer gluten-sensitive options in select products, including our signature shortbread and decorated sugar cookies. Made to order with premium gluten-free flour instead of wheat flour, each gluten-sensitive product requires a minimum order of 1–2 dozen, depending on the item.

Our kitchens are thoroughly cleaned before baking gluten-sensitive batches, and we take precautions to minimize cross-contamination; however, we do not operate a dedicated gluten-free kitchen, so customers with severe allergies should consider this before ordering. Our gluten-sensitive options provide a delicious way to enjoy handmade treats that are perfect for sharing or gifting.
